SDA-Washington Submission Guidelines
New Submission Deadline: 15th of the Month

We love to support SDA-Washington members! We are always looking for short notices of shows, sales, events, workshops or calls for art for our monthly blog post. Now, we are adjusting our submission deadline to allow the national office time to compile our newsletter to: the 15th of the month, for publication on the 16th.
Here are guidelines for submitting these posts.
We encourage photos! Please make sure they are labeled with your last name and title of piece (example: Taylor_arcanepathways). Photos can be low resolution (72 dpi), but should be clear, in focus, and at least 300 x 300 pixels. (Photos don't need to be larger than 2000 x 2000 pixels.) Large file sizes may bounce when sent by email, so you may need to send them in separate emails if your photos are 2 MB or higher.
Please do not embed links into your post. Copy the URLs fully, and paste them in the body of the text where you would like the link.
Please send your material by the 15th of each month. We will do our best to accommodate post requests, but since this operation is volunteer-fueled, we cannot guarantee that we will meet your deadline. We reserve the right to edit any submitted posts.
Types of posts we are looking for: show, sale, event, workshop or call for art in this blog.
Please send the information in the following format: the date and time, title of show/sale/event/workshop, the location, a short description and the name(s) of SDA members participating to: Francesca Penchant at firstname.lastname@example.org by the 15th, for publication on the 16th.
If you email corrections or elaborations after the 15th, we will be happy to update posts after publication.
