MERCHANDISE FOR SALE:

Evette Allderings is coordinating the merchandise to be sold at Field Hall during the exhibition. If you have any questions regarding merchandise, please contact her directly at eallerdings@gmail.com, rather than reaching out to Field Hall.

If you are planning to sell items, Evette will need the following information by August 1, 2025:

• A list of the items you intend to sell

• An approximate quantity of each item

This information is necessary so she can coordinate with Field Hall regarding available display fixtures and what we will need to bring. Please keep in mind that storage space at Field Hall is limited, so Evette is uncertain about accommodating larger pieces at this time.

Inventory Sheet – This must be completed and submitted with your items on or before August 13. (PDF format click here, Excel format click here)

When filling out the inventory sheet : • Please group similar items when possible (e.g., 20 cards of Type A, 10 cards of Type B, etc.). • One-of-a-kind items, such as unique scarves, should be listed individually.

All items must be clearly priced and on your price tag or sticker, please write your initials (e.g., $6 ea) for Evette Allerdings. This will help Field Hall keep track of what is sold and by which artist.

Field Hall Sales Agreement – Required for all items intended for sale.

Please note: • Field Hall retains a 30% commission on all sales and will handle the sales tax. • FYI- Payments from Field Hall took nearly two months after the exhibition to be processed.
